- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I engaged with Tom Nack to pursue a judgement on a bad debt. I was assured by them that this would be handled for less than the $1,000 retainer that I paid. Seven months later, I have received no statements, no updates, and Tom has been completely non responsive to voicemail or email, and is conveniently never available. I would not recommend.
